Job summary

The Staff Pad is seeking a compassionate Hospice Community Liaison to be the face of the agency across the DFW area, building trusted ties with physicians, hospitals, and community groups to grow hospice services. This field-based role reports to the Managing Director of Marketing and focuses on expanding referral networks and delivering patient-centered care.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in healthcare sales, Hospice experience preferred, and a valid Texas driver's license for regular travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of healthcare sales experience required; Hospice experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success in relationship-based sales and territory development.
• Self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented with excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platform.
• Independent field-based work with professionalism and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to pass a criminal background and reference check.
• Valid Texas driver's license, reliable transportation and current auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community organizations.
• Represent hospice and palliative care services through community outreach and educational presentations.
• Develop and execute territory growth strategies while meeting referral and productivity goals.
• Analyze market trends and maintain accurate activity tracking in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with leadership to support educational programs and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing regulations and agency policies.
• Serve as a liaison between the community and the agency, providing insights on local healthcare needs.
• Promote the agency's mission and patient-centered care.
