Job summary

Alpha Omega Hospice is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison to join our Fort Worth area team. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners to grow census and promote hospice services.

You will conduct outreach, educate families about hospice care with empathy, and represent our mission in the community. A Bachelor's degree and healthcare sales experience are preferred; valid driver's license and reliable transportation are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred; may be substituted with experience.
• Minimum two years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Skilled at establishing relationships with physicians and healthcare staff.
• Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers including physicians and healthcare partners.
• Serve as a passionate advocate for hospice services through regular outreach reflecting compassionate, high-quality care.
• Grow presence by positioning hospice as provider of choice across the service area.
• Drive referral growth through regular visits with referring physicians, hospital discharge planners, SNFs, social workers, and other professionals.
• Support patients and families by leading initial conversations about hospice care with empathy and clarity.
