Job summary
Embrace Hospice in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Community Liaison to promote hospice services to healthcare professionals, community partners, and families. You will be the face of our organization, building relationships with hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities, and coordinating outreach activities in our CRM.
The role offers autonomy and a chance to impact care delivery, requiring a Bachelor's in a related field, healthcare marketing experience, and a valid driver's license; travel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and prior experience in healthcare sales or hospice outreach required.
- Advanced degree or certification in healthcare marketing preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing experience.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and proficiency with healthcare software.
Responsibilities
- Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote hospice services.
- Build relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners.
- Attend community events to raise awareness and represent our brand.
- Track and manage outreach activity in our CRM.
- Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits and how we can help.
- Ensure smooth patient referrals and quality care with our care team.
- Stay current on hospice care through training and self-learning.
- Complete reports and admin tasks on time.
- Follow healthcare rules and regulations.
