Job summary

Gentiva is seeking an RN Hospice Administrator to join the leadership team in Raleigh, NC. The role requires an RN with strong leadership experience in hospice, home health, or clinical operations management.

Qualifications

• RN with ADN required; BSN or higher preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years healthcare leadership/management experience.
• Experience in hospice, home health, or clinical operations.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership for a large hospice program and oversees interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and regulatory compliance.
• Manages human resources, office operations, and budgeting.
• Develops and implements policies with Governing Body.
• Promotes safety and quality improvement initiatives.
