Heartland Hospice invites an experienced RN Administrator to lead a hospice location, overseeing clinical quality, operations, and interdisciplinary teams. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care, safety, and community outreach while aligning with the organization’s mission and values.

The Administrator RN I will guide staff, manage financials, and ensure adherence to licensing and accreditation standards across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current state license
• 3–5 years healthcare management experience preferred
• Experience in hospice/home care required
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for hospice program with focus on quality and census growth
• Oversee interdisciplinary teams and day-to-day operations
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met
• Develop policies with Governing Body to guide services
• Manage budget, HR and office operations
• Foster compassionate, patient-centered care and staff development
