The position emphasizes managing a skilled clinical team, ensuring adherence to hospice regulations, and driving operational excellence to support census growth while maintaining work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in Ohio.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience in hospice or home health settings.
• Knowledge of hospice regulations and QAPI.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Valid CPR certification; valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations and patient care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation rules.
• Develop policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines.
• Manage staff scheduling, supervision, and performance.
• Support ongoing staff education and development.
