Job summary

Bluegrass Care Navigators is seeking an Assistant Nursing Supervisor to assist in planning, coordination, supervision, and delivery of client and family care services. You will work with the RN Supervisor and management team to ensure efficient provision of quality patient care across hospice regional offices.

Direct patient care may be provided as needed. Requirements include an RN license in Kentucky (or COMPACT state), current CPR, and 2+ years of general nursing experience with hospice

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
• Current KY Board of Nursing (or COMPACT state) license.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, coordination, and delivery of patient/family care services.
• Supervise staff orientation, scheduling, and coordination.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and support RN Supervisor and management.
