Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered license as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner or hospice Registered Nurse in last three years.
• Knowledge of Medicare reimbursement and coding for all service levels.

Responsabilités

• Communicate significant findings to the clinical manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Assess disease-related changes and patient quality of life.
• Order and review lab and diagnostic procedures.
