Job summary

The Pennant Group is seeking an Experienced Hospice Marketing Liaison for Emblem Hospice Tucson. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners to generate patient referrals and enhance brand presence in the Tucson area.

You will collaborate with leadership to develop marketing plans, create educational sessions, and align communications with Emblem Hospice standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• At least three years’ experience in health care marketing, preferably hospice operations.
• Ability to work independently to grow business and maintain community relationships.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to transportation for agency travel.

Responsibilities

• Generate business by creating and maintaining relationships with physicians, medical professionals, and referral sources.
• Prepare and conduct sales and educational presentations for physicians, businesses, and local community groups about home care services.
• Assist in budgeting and strategic marketing planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure communications, branding, and messaging align with Emblem Hospice culture.
• Document physician visits, referral source visits, follow-ups, and maintain quality interactions weekly (minimum 50).
