Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred; applicable experience may substitute.
• Minimum 3 years in health care marketing management, preferably hospice operations.
• Ability to market aggressively and engage with customers and the community tactfully.
• Strong communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Demonstrated autonomy, organizational skills, and adaptability.

Responsabilités

• Conduct daily marketing activities and support marketing initiatives with the Administrator.
• Monitor resource allocation within budget constraints.
• Develop a comprehensive marketing plan through market assessments.
• Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to meet volume targets.
• Establish positive relationships with referral sources and payers.
• Build and monitor perceptions of Continuum Care Hospice, LLC as a high-quality provider.
• Contribute to strategic planning and identify service opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of markets, government agencies, payers, and competitors.
• Share marketing knowledge with organization staff.
• Assist customers in accessing community resources if needed.
• Monitor and report cost effectiveness of marketing efforts.
