Ascend Hospice is seeking a Hospice Marketing Liaison in the Lancaster, PA area. The role focuses on admissions facilitation through physician relationships, hospital and community outreach, and educational activities.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and marketing experience in healthcare, with willingness to travel and strong communication. There is emphasis on dignity, privacy, and aligning with the hospice philosophy.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, preferably in hospice or healthcare.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to generate leads.
• Organized approach to territory management and limited supervision.
• Able to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Generate business by building and maintaining relationships with physicians and hospitals and other referral sources.
• Prepare and conduct outreach calls and in-service presentations.
• Participate in community programs and present Ascend's services.
• Promote patient privacy, dignity and well-being.
• Foster positive relations with patients, families and healthcare providers.
• Support the organization’s mission and hospice philosophy with referrals.
