Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. operates Custom Care Hospice serving the Dallas–Ft. Worth area, seeking a business development professional. You will generate business by engaging physicians, hospitals, and community groups, and present home health and hospice services to strategic partners.

Responsibilities include market assessments, budgeting support, and maintaining strong referral source relationships, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care in a compliant, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• At least three years’ experience in health care marketing preferably in hospice care operations.
• Ability to work independently to increase business targets and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate business by creating and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, and senior organizations.
• Prepare and conduct sales and educational presentations for physicians and community groups.
• Assist in budget projections and marketing allocations.
• Develop market assessments and a comprehensive marketing plan to meet volume projections.
• Maintain communications with referral sources and ensure branding aligns with the company culture.
