Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum three years in health care marketing management or home care operations.
• At least one year in sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise professional and administrative personnel.
• Strong marketing and community relations skills.
• Knowledge of corporate business management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and public relations skills.
• Autonomy, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation.
• Must possess a valid California driver’s license and maintain auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and referral sources to promote hospice services.
• Gather and organize account information and input on key customer opportunities.
• Prioritize accounts according to the market sales plan.
• Support new business development staff with training alongside Area Sales Manager.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to meet budgeted volume.
• Build and monitor perceptions of Bridge/Home Hospice as a high-quality provider.
• Provide leadership in strategic planning to identify opportunities for additional services.
