Job summary

Friendly Faces Senior Care is seeking an experienced Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison to increase referrals and build strong healthcare partnerships. The role focuses on education, relationship-building, and field outreach to expand the hospice’s community presence.

Ideal candidates will have established healthcare relationships and a solid understanding of the hospice referral process, with a proven track record in generating referrals and managing professional partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospice, home health, healthcare, or senior-care marketing/business development experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hospice services, Medicare hospice eligibility, and the referral process is preferred.
• Strong sales, presentation, networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, assisted living, home health agencies, and other healthcare professionals.
• Generate qualified hospice referrals through consistent business development and community outreach.
• Conduct in-person sales calls, presentations, facility visits, networking activities, and educational meetings.
• Educate referral partners about hospice services, eligibility criteria, benefits, and the referral process.
• Identify new referral opportunities and develop strategies to increase census and market penetration.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing and prospective referral sources.
