Job summary

Suncrest Hospice is seeking a proactive Hospice Care Consultant in New Jersey to drive growth through healthcare and hospice sales. You will establish relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners to expand referrals and enhance care delivery across the service area.

The role requires the ability to market aggressively while maintaining strong professional relationships, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice.
• Preferred healthcare sales leadership experience.
• Ability to market aggressively while maintaining relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive referrals.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Build and monitor perceptions of the organization in the community.
• Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities for services.
• Maintain knowledge of hospice marketing and Suncrest Hospice markets.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver patient care marketing.
