Chapters Health System, Inc. seeks a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing interventions and teaching to maximize patient comfort and quality of life under RN supervision.

The role emphasizes compassionate care and adherence to care plans in a per diem capacity. Requirements include a current LPN license in Florida, IV certification by dates noted in the posting, BLS, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
• Flexible schedule to meet patient needs
• Ability to lift and move patients and equipment, with or without accommodation
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license when required

Responsabilidades

• Under RN supervision, provides nursing tasks to patients and families per care plan.
• Performs medication administration, symptom management, and patient/family education.
• Observes patient condition and reports changes to RN.
• Documents care in the medical record per policy.
• Participates in quality improvement and safety practices.
• May require travel to patient visits; maintains confidentiality and complies with regulations.
