Job summary

Allied Services in Scranton, PA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care within a Hospice IDT. You will assess patient/family needs, coordinate care, and follow an individualized plan to maximize comfort and quality of life.

Graduate of an accredited LPN program with PA licensure and CPR certification is required. A minimum of two years general nursing experience is preferred, with hospice experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program.
• Current PA licensure as a Practical Nurse.
• CPR certification must be obtained and maintained.
• Minimum of two years general nursing experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
