Job summary

Sanford Health’s Luverne Cottage Hospice in Luverne, MN is seeking a compassionate LPN or MA to join our cottage hospice team. You will provide patient-centered, comfort-focused care to individuals and families, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to manage symptoms and maintain dignity.

This full-time, 12-hour night-shift role offers self-scheduling flexibility, a competitive hourly wage ($22.75–$36) with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for eligible applicants, and a supportive benefits

Qualifications

• ,Must be licensed LPN and in good standing.
• IV therapy knowledge not required for MN
• One year nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Participates in implementation and evaluation of patient care in home care setting.
• Demonstrates knowledge of nursing principles and safe medication administration.
