Job summary

Sanford Health, Luverne Cottage Hospice in Luverne, MN, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Med Aide (MA) to join the cottage hospice team. You will deliver comfort-focused, patient-centered care for home care patients and work with an interdisciplinary team to support symptom management, emotional comfort, and dignity.

Shifts are 12 hours (6 to 6) with rotating weekends; self-scheduling and sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an LPN license.
• BLS for healthcare providers required.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities
