Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Med Aide (MA) to join the Luverne Cottage Hospice team in Luverne, MN. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families, working closely with an interdisciplinary team to support symptom management, emotional comfort, and dignity.

The role offers a full-time schedule with 12-hour night shifts in a cottage setting, rotating 6am–6pm shifts, and a 36-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with state nursing board.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient/resident care in the home care setting.
• Demonstrate nursing knowledge and perform treatments and medication administration as directed.
