Ohio's Hospice in Dayton, OH is seeking an LPN to join our direct patient care team. This full-time role covers both facilities and home visits within Xenia and Greene County, focusing on comfort, dignity, and peace for patients and families.

The ideal candidate holds an Ohio LPN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. You should be able to pass background and drug screening; driving in varied conditions is required.

Qualificações

• LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
• One year of nursing experience is preferred.
• CPR Certified.
• Computer skills are sufficient to properly document services and care.
• Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
• Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.
• State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen.

Hospice LPN - Making every moment matter

As a Hospice LPN, you will play a vital role in enhancing quality of life for patients and supporting families during some of their most important moments. Working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you'll deliver compassionate care that brings comfort, dignity, and peace.

This is a FT position, M-F 8am-5pm with an every 6th weekend rotation and I holiday per year. This is a driving position seeing patients in both facilities and homes within the Xenia and Greene County area
