Job summary

Ohio's Hospice, Inc. is seeking a dedicated LPN Hospice Float Nurse for a full-time day shift in Franklin, Ohio.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients in facilities and homes, with driving to Middletown and Butler/Warren Counties as part of the role. The position requires Ohio LPN licensure, CPR certification, and the ability to drive in various conditions.

Qualifications

• LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
• One year of nursing experience is preferred.
• CPR Certified.
• Computer skills are sufficient to properly document services and care.
• Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
• Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.
• State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate care to patients and support families.
• Document services and care with accuracy in the charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Provide care during scheduled shifts and drive to patient visits as needed.

Hospice LPN – Making every moment matter

As a Hospice LPN, you will play a vital role in enhancing quality of life for patients and supporting families during some of their most important moments. Working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you'll deliver compassionate care that brings comfort, dignity, and peace.

This is a FT position, M-F 8am-5pm with and every 6th weekend and 1 holiday rotation per year; This is a driving position seeing patients in both facilities and homes in Middletown and Butler/Warren Counties.
