Job summary

Ohio's Hospice, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Hospice LPN for a full-time day shift in Dayton, Ohio. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care, improve quality of life, and support families across facilities and home visits in Xenia/Greene County area.

The role requires Ohio LPN licensure, CPR, and reliable driving; one year of nursing experience is preferred, with opportunities for continuing education and professional development.

Qualifications

• LPN with Ohio license and no board actions.
• One year nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Computer skills to document care and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice nursing care to patients in facilities and homes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care.
• Document services and care accurately.
• Drive to patient locations during day or night as needed.

Full Time Direct Patient Care Dayton, OH, US

Hospice LPN - Making every moment matter

As a Hospice LPN, you will play a vital role in enhancing quality of life for patients and supporting families during some of their most important moments. Working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you'll deliver compassionate care that brings comfort, dignity, and peace.

This is a FT position, M-F 8am-5pm with an every 6th weekend rotation and 1 holiday per year. This is a driving position seeing patients in both facilities and homes within the Xenia and Greene County area

Qualifications of this role:

• LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
• One year of nursing experience is preferred.
• CPR Certified.
• Computer skills are sufficient to properly document services and care.
• Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
• Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.
• State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen
