Job summary

Alamo Hospice seeks a driven Hospice Liaison to grow our presence in Kerrville, TX. You will own your territory, build referral partnerships, and increase census by showcasing our hospice services.

We are looking for a results-oriented sales professional with healthcare marketing experience who can deliver education, gather information, and manage patient intake through transition to home care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination with experience may be considered.
• Minimum of one year of professional sales experience preferred.
• Experience in hospice/health care industry a plus.
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organization skills.
• Valid driver’s license with insurance as per state requirements.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals to Hospice care based on admission criteria.
• Assist in patient intake, education, and transition to home.
• Develop consultative relationships with assigned accounts.
• Develop and implement marketing/education programs to raise awareness of the company.
