Job summary

Alamo Hospice in San Antonio, TX is seeking a driven Hospice Liaison to grow our presence in the market. This field-based role focuses on owning territory, developing referral partnerships, increasing census, and positioning Alamo Hospice as the provider of choice.

You will cultivate consultative relationships, coordinate referrals based on admission criteria, support patient intake, and implement education programs to raise awareness of our hospice services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; combination of experience considered in lieu of formal education.
• Minimum of one year of professional sales experience preferred.
• Experience in hospice/health care industry a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an automobile insured as per state requirements.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain relationships with customers and partners.

Alamo Hospice is seeking a driven, high-impact Hospice Liaison to grow our presence in San Antonio, TX. We’re looking for a results-oriented sales professional with experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare marketing who knows how to build relationships and generate referrals.

In this role, you will take ownership of your territory, developing strong referral partnerships, increasing census, and positioning Alamo Hospice as the provider of choice. This is a field-based role for someone who thrives on accountability, visibility, and winning new business.

Location

In the assigned market (San Antonio, TX and surrounding).
