Job summary

Alpha Omega Hospice in Keller is seeking a Community Liaison (Hospice Marketer / Sales Representative) to build relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners, driving census growth and awareness of our hospice services.

You will be the face of the organization, championing our mission with empathy, conducting outreach, and collaborating with care teams to ensure compassionate, quality end-of-life care for families in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred; additional experience may substitute.
• Minimum two years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Skilled at establishing/maintaining working relationships with staff, marketing contracts, and clinical staff.
• Proven ability to generate and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and community agencies.
• Prior clinical experience is a plus.
• Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians and healthcare partners.
• Serve as a passionate advocate for our hospice services by conducting regular outreach reflective of compassionate, high-quality care.
• Grow our presence by positioning our hospice as the provider of choice across the service area and exceed growth goals.
• Drive referral growth through regular visits with referring physicians, hospital discharge planners, SNFs, social workers, and other professionals.
• Support patients and families by leading initial conversations about hospice care and facilitating consent with empathy.
