Alamo Hospice in Kerrville, TX is seeking a driven Hospice Liaison to grow our presence in Kerrville. This field-based role focuses on building referral partnerships and expanding census.

You will develop relationships with healthcare providers, educate on admission criteria, and position Alamo Hospice as the provider of choice within your territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related fields preferred.
• Minimum of one year of professional sales experience preferred.
• Experience in hospice or health care industry a plus.
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organization skills.
• Valid driver's license with an automobile insured as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and facilitates referrals to Hospice care based on admission criteria.
• Assist in information gathering, education and form completion for patient intake admissions and transition to home.
• Develop a consultative relationship in assigned accounts by making effective customer contacts and presentations.
• Develop and implement marketing and education programs to increase awareness of the company.
