Job summary

Empath Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Care Center in Pompano Beach. You will coordinate end-of-life care, conduct assessments with the IDG, and educate patients and families to enhance comfort and dignity.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida RN license, BLS, and preferably experience in hospice or public health. Night shift 3 days 7pm–7:30am, weekend availability, and a benefits package support your Full Life Care mission.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license and valid BLS certification.
• Experience in hospice, public health, or geriatric/medical-surgical care preferred.
• Strong communication and teaching skills for patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient and family care with the physician and IDG.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient and family needs.
• Monitor patient conditions and deliver education to enhance comfort.
• Address concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
