Job summary

AuthoraCare Collective is seeking an In-Patient CNA for our hospice inpatient facility in Burlington, NC. This full-time role runs Monday through Thursday from 3:30pm to 12:00am, supporting patients with basic personal care under RN supervision.

The ideal candidate has a Nursing Assistant program completion, an active NA I license in NC, strong English communication, and reliable transportation. We offer PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, and a 403B match after 12 months.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Nursing Assistant program and basic computer skills.
• NA I licensing with NC DHS with a clean record.
• Excellent English communication, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, basic personal care for patients.
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Assist nursing staff under RN supervision.
