Job summary

AuthoraCare Collective is seeking a Hospice RN for our Burlington campus, supporting Durham and Raleigh service areas. This full-time position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Requires NC RN licensure, CPR/BLS, and experience in hospice or related settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Must be currently licensed as an RN in North Carolina and in good standing with NCBON.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of patient care: directs and coordinates care per the plan of care and assessments.
• Interdisciplinary Group Process: collaborates with IDG and communicates with team and caregivers.
• Documentation: completes notes and maintains patient records.
• On-Call Responsibilities: assumes on-call and responds to calls professionally.
