Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support employee relations, HR administration, and compliance across locations. You will manage employee records, leave processes, and onboarding while collaborating with leadership to enhance workforce performance.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 2+ years of HR Generalist experience with strong data analytics, communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
• Three (2) years of professional Human Resources Generalist experience with employee engagement and data-driven support.
• Knowledge of current HR laws, regulations and compliance issues; strong communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports employee relations, HR administration, employee records, leave and accommodation processes.
• Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and employment standards across locations.
• Coordinates New Hire Orientation and onboarding requirements.
• Assists with performance management documentation and HR systems.
• Provides backup support to onboarding specialist as needed.
