Job summary

Tri-Cities Chaplaincy is seeking a Hospice House RN (FT) to provide compassionate, comprehensive care to terminally ill patients and families in a Hospice House setting in Kennewick, WA. The RN will supervise LPNs, CNAs, and volunteers, coordinating services to meet preventive and supportive needs.

Under the Hospice House Nurse Manager, you will apply teaching, assessment, and intervention skills to improve quality of life for patients and families, while supporting team development and ensuring

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license.
• Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts as needed.
• Reliable transportation to travel within Tri-Cities Chaplaincy’s service areas.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen including cannabis testing.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Washington State Food Worker Card.
• Ability to report to assigned work locations and maintain attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, comprehensive care to terminally ill patients and families in a Hospice House setting.
• Coordinate services with the Hospice House Nurse Manager and oversee LPNs, CNAs, and volunteers.
• Utilize teaching, assessment, and intervention skills to enhance quality of life for patients and families.
• Ensure alignment with hospice philosophy and agency goals.
