Tri-Cities Chaplaincy Hospice Float RN is seeking a nurse to provide flexible care across hospice services in the Tri-Cities area, including direct patient care, intake, triage, admission, and case management to ensure continuity and quality of care.

The role requires WA RN license, CPR/BLS, and ability to work variable shifts including nights and weekends; a $3,000 sign-on bonus applies after 90 days of employment. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Washington State.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Certification in CPR/BLS.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to drive within service areas to provide in-home patient and family services.
• This position is designated as Safety Sensitive and requires a pre-employment drug screen including cannabis testing in WA.
• WA Food Worker Card issued by the Department of Health.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care across multiple roles within the agency to ensure continuity and quality of care for hospice patients.
• Support Hospice Direct Patient Care, Intake, Triage, Admission, and Case Management as needed.
