Job summary

Care Dimensions is seeking a Hospice House Clinical Manager in Massachusetts to provide strategic and hands-on leadership for evening and night operations. You will guide interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care with a focus on patient outcomes and family experience.

Reporting to the AVP of Clinical Operations, you will ensure regulatory compliance, staff development, and efficient budgeting while maintaining compassionate, mission-driven care in the hospice house setting.

Qualifications

• Requires RN license in Massachusetts and strong clinical leadership.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in hospice, palliative, acute, or long-term care.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance (DPH, CMS, JCAHO, CHAP).

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise evening and night clinical operations at the hospice house.
• Mentor and evaluate nursing and interdisciplinary team members.
• Oversee patient admissions for appropriate level of care.
• Assist with staffing plans, scheduling, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accrediting requirements.
• Monitor quality metrics and patient/family satisfaction.
• Coordinate with medical staff and organizational leadership for operations.
