ALIGN HOSPICE CARE LLC is seeking a friendly and energetic Hospice Clinical Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospice. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, delegate clinical tasks, maintain meticulous records, and ensure excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health services administration, or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience managing a healthcare facility.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to patients’ requests gracefully.
• Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff in a positive manner.
• High level of organizational skills.
