Job summary

The VNA Health Group is hiring a Home Health Aide to join the Hospice Team in Ocean County, New Jersey. This full-time role supports patients in their homes, assisting with personal care, mobility, and coordinating with families to ensure compassionate, consistent care.

We offer tuition reimbursement up to $12,000 yearly, continuing education, online learning, referral rewards, and retirement plans. Compensation ranges $16–$24/hour, with pay transparency guidelines followed.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide certification required.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.

Working Conditions/Physical Demand

Working indoors with client/customer contact; use of specific equipment as braces, bedpan, crutches, electrical bed, hoyer lift, personal automobile, walker, wheelchair, household appliances, vacuum cleaner etc.
