Job summary

The VNA Health Group in New Jersey is hiring a Home Health Aide for a full-time position serving Ocean County. You will assist clients with personal care per the plan of care and support daily living activities in a home health setting.

The role requires a Home Health Aide certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and organizational skills. VNA Health Group offers tuition reimbursement, continuing education, online learning, and retirement plans in a supportive team

Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Working indoors with client/customer contact; use of specific equipment as braces, bedpan, crutches, electrical bed, hoyer lift, personal automobile, walker, wheelchair, household appliances, vacuum cleaner etc.
