Job summary

The VNA Health Group is hiring a Home Health Aide for full-time work in Monmouth County, NJ. You will provide compassionate personal care and assist with mobility, while following the care plan and maintaining clear communication with patients and families.

Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Working indoors with client/customer contact; use of specific equipment as braces, bedpan, crutches, electrical bed, Hoyer lift, personal automobile, walker, wheelchair, household appliances, vacuum cleaner etc.
