Job summary

VNA Health Group is hiring a Home Health Aide for a full-time position in Ocean County, New Jersey. You will provide personal care per the plan of care, assist with mobility and rehabilitation, and maintain regular communication with patients and families.

Working Conditions/Physical Demand

Working indoors with client/customer contact; use of specific equipment as braces, bedpan, crutches, electrical bed, hoyer lift, personal automobile, walker, wheelchair, household appliances, vacuum cleaner etc.
