Responsibilities

• Meet admission and call volume targets.
• Coordinate daily sales and marketing operations including marketing initiatives.
• Build and monitor customer perceptions of St. Croix Hospice as a high-quality provider of services.
• Document all sales activity in the CRM per organizational requirements.
• Employ marketing initiatives to meet budgeted sales volume projections.
• Maintain knowledge of markets, government agencies, payer groups, referral sources, and competitor positioning.
• Improve communication flow between patient, family, caregiver, facility, physician team and vendors.
• Educate patients and families about hospice to support informed decisions.
• Assist leadership in budgeting, resource allocation and marketing planning.
• Coordinate and schedule marketing events, vendor fairs, and exhibits.
• Support Care Transition Team training, mentoring and onboarding of new staff.
• Contribute to strategic planning and development of services to meet customer needs.
• Share field knowledge with organization personnel and access community resources for customers.
