Job summary

Tender Care Hospice seeks an experienced Hospice Admissions Liaison & Marketer (Sales) to drive census growth through strategic referral development and high-performance sales execution. This role targets a true hospice sales professional who can build and expand admission referrals.

The ideal candidate will generate own referral sources, exceed admissions metrics, and contribute to monthly census growth through disciplined sales activity and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration OR RN license is required.
• Minimum 2+ years hospice sales/liaison experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed hospice admissions targets.
• Ability to build referral sources from the ground up.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and sustain new and existing referral sources that generate hospice admissions.
• Execute a territory sales plan designed to grow census month over month.
• Establish long-term partnerships with physicians, discharge planners, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, home health agencies, and community providers.
• Track and report monthly admissions, conversion rates, referral trends, and territory performance.
