Job summary

Suite Living Hospice Care is seeking a Hospice Business Development Manager to lead growth across 21 Suite Living Senior Care communities in the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro.

This role requires building relationships with housing directors, nurses, staff, residents, and families to drive hospice referrals and census expansion. You will develop strategies, educate teams on hospice care, and lead internal marketing efforts to differentiate Suite Living Hospice Care from competitors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hospice experience
• Strong understanding of hospice regulations, eligibility criteria, and care delivery
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence without authority
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive hospice growth strategy across 21 Suite Living communities
• Establish measurable goals, KPIs, and accountability metrics to track progress toward 100+ patients
• Build strong relationships with Housing Directors, Nurse Managers and clinical staff, residents, and families
• Serve as the primary liaison between Suite Living Hospice Care and Suite Living Senior Care communities across onsite visits
• Educate residents, families, and staff on hospice benefits, eligibility, and philosophy of care
• Create and implement targeted internal marketing campaigns to increase awareness and referrals
• Support referral and admission processes by assessing eligibility and guiding families through decisions
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth transitions and improved conversion
• Provide regular reporting on census growth, pipeline activity, and strategic initiatives
