Job summary

VitalCaring Group in Round Rock, Texas, is seeking an Area Sales Director – Hospice to lead a high-performing sales team, grow referrals, and expand market access to compassionate hospice care.

You will coach Account Managers and Care Transition Navigators, partner with operations and clinicians, and translate market opportunities into strategies that elevate patient care and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in healthcare or home-based care sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Experience leading and developing a sales team in a healthcare setting, preferably hospice.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Account Managers and Care Transition Navigators to meet referral and sales goals.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain top sales professionals.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans for the territory.
• Build and maintain strong referral partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and facilities.
• Collaborate with operations to align sales with patient-care goals and capacity.
