Concho Hearts Hospice in Del Rio, Texas, is seeking an experienced Hospice Executive Director/Marketer to build and lead a location, grow a team, and forge strong community partnerships. You will educate referral partners, meet patients and families, and collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions into hospice care.

The role emphasizes daily operations, quality, compliance, and the ongoing growth of census, with a competitive salary of $80,000-$85,000 plus performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience required.
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow hospice census.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop your hospice team.
• Establish and grow referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners.
• Conduct community outreach and educate referral partners about hospice services.
• Meet with patients and families to explain hospice care and services.
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions into hospice care.
• Oversee daily branch operations, quality, and compliance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of your team.
• Maintain strong relationships throughout the community.
• Drive business development and sustainable census growth.
