Job summary

Concho Hearts Hospice in Seguin, TX is seeking an experienced Hospice Executive Director/Marketer to build and lead a new hospice location, develop a strong team, and cultivate meaningful community partnerships while delivering compassionate end-of-life care.

You will work with an experienced Home Office to support autonomy, drive market growth, and ensure high-quality patient services, with a salary of $80,000–$85,000 plus a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow hospice census
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Hospice operations and regulatory knowledge preferred
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to own a market
• Passion for providing exceptional end-of-life care

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop your hospice team.
• Establish and grow referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners.
• Conduct community outreach and educate referral partners about hospice services.
• Meet with patients and families to explain hospice care and services.
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions into hospice care.
• Oversee daily branch operations, quality, and compliance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of your team.
• Maintain strong relationships throughout the community.
• Drive business development and sustainable census growth.
