Concho Hearts Hospice in Lufkin, TX is seeking an experienced Hospice Executive Director/Marketer to build and lead a new location. This role blends leadership with market development to grow census and establish meaningful community partnerships.

You will have autonomy to lead with support from a seasoned Home Office team, driving growth, team building, and compliant, patient-centered care in the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience.
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow census.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Hospice operations and regulatory knowledge preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of a market.
• Passion for providing exceptional end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop your hospice team.
• Establish and grow referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners.
• Conduct community outreach and educate referral partners about hospice services.
• Meet with patients and families to explain hospice care and services.
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions into hospice care.
• Oversee daily branch operations, quality, and compliance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of your team.
• Maintain strong relationships throughout the community.
• Drive business development and sustainable census growth.
