Job summary

Concho Hearts Hospice in Pasadena, TX, is seeking an Executive Director/Marketer to build and lead a new hospice location. You will establish a team, grow partnerships with hospitals and community partners, and drive sustainable census growth while balancing operations and regulatory compliance.

The role offers a competitive $80,000–$85,000 salary plus a performance bonus, with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits, along with PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience.
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow hospice census.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Hospice operations and regulatory knowledge preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of a market.
• Passion for providing exceptional end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop your hospice team.
• Establish and grow referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners.
• Conduct community outreach and educate referral partners about hospice services.
• Meet with patients and families to explain hospice care and services.
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions into hospice care.
• Oversee daily branch operations, quality, and compliance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of your team.
• Maintain strong relationships throughout the community.
• Drive business development and sustainable census growth.
