Job summary

Concho Hearts Hospice in Rosenberg, TX, is seeking an experienced Hospice Executive Director/Marketer to build and lead your own location, grow your team, and develop meaningful community partnerships. You will establish referral relationships, educate partners about hospice services, drive census growth, and partner with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions into care.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience.
Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow hospice census.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Hospice operations and regulatory knowledge preferred.
Self-motivated and organized with ownership of a market.

Responsibilities

Build, lead, and develop your hospice team.
Establish and grow referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners.
Conduct community outreach and educate referral partners about hospice services.
Meet with patients and families to explain hospice care and services.
Partner with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions into hospice care.
Oversee daily branch operations, quality, and compliance.
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of your team.
Maintain strong relationships throughout the community.
Drive business development and sustainable census growth.
