Job summary

Concho Hearts Hospice in Leander, TX, seeks an experienced Hospice Executive Director/Marketer to lead a new location. You will build and develop your hospice team, establish referral partnerships with hospitals and clinicians, and drive community outreach to educate partners about hospice services.

You will work with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions, oversee daily operations, and grow census while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience.
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow hospice census.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Hospice operations and regulatory knowledge preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of a market.
• Passion for providing exceptional end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop your hospice team.
• Establish and grow referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners.
• Conduct community outreach and educate referral partners about hospice services.
• Meet with patients and families to explain hospice care and services.
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions into hospice care.
• Oversee daily branch operations, quality, and compliance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of your team.
