Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant in Dallas, TX to drive growth by opening new accounts and expanding today’s referrals. You will partner with physicians, staff, and operations to quickly admit eligible patients while delivering compassionate care and education to partners.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business and a track record of 5+ years in sales, preferably in Hospice/Healthcare. Expect a demanding schedule, including some evenings and weekends, to support patients and

Qualifications

Five plus years of successful sales experience with a proven track record.
Subjects include building new accounts and growing market share.
Excellent CRM and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Hospice, Home Health, or Healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive significant growth within the assigned book of business by opening new accounts and expanding existing ones.
Secure referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators and partner with operations to admit patients rapidly.
Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and increase productivity with tenure.
Cultivate trust-based relationships with referral sources using a consultative sales approach.
